My oldest, who is autistic, used to watch the Donny Osmond movie Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat over and over, and over, and over again and again. Enough that at one point I think even I had it memorized!
We didn’t get any Earthcaches on way to or from GeoWoodstock this year. We were a little busy! But I assume we’ve contributed to the potential problems of others as we made it a point to get an Earthcache in every state we were going through.
I don’t know that all of the CO’s were as diligent as winstonsmom. It was rare that I get a reply from the CO of an Earthcache. I send in the answers for Cheryl and I. But i never considered how many emails the CO of an Earthcache may be getting over a Mega weekend.
As Sonny suggested, a spreadsheet is probably the best way to keep up with who has and who needs to send answers. As for how long to wait, my guess would be wait a month. After that send a warning to delete, and a month later if no reply then delete. If there was a real reason someone hadn’t replied they can always submit again or take their case to Groundspeak.
