Geoclues Game by Scholartainment
Hi! I just finished listening about GEOCLUES on Show 66, and it sounds like a fun game. I like how you guys posted images from the show because it gives us a chance to see how the game really looks. Sometimes websites that sell that games only show the outside of the box, so you really don’t get to see the real game.
I have to let you know about the best game I’ve played in the last five years. It’s called “THINGS…” http://www.thingsthegame.com/ and it’s really fun with a group of five or more friends. The game goes like this: Each round has a reader who picks a card and reads it to the group. The card will say something like “Things you don’t want for your birthday”. And then everybody writes a response down on a sheet of paper, folds it, and puts the papers in a pile. After all of the responses are in, then the reader reads each response aloud to the group. The player to the left begins by calling out one of the responses and guesses who wrote it. If they are correct, then the guessed person is out and the player gets 1 point. If they are incorrect, then play resumes to the next person to the left. It is the funniest game, and is a lot of fun because you learn a lot about your friends and get to laugh a lot with them without having to constantly move a bunch of pieces around a board.
I just thought I’d share it because I’ve had a lot of fun with it. I don’t know the people who made the game or anything, and am not trying to sell it. In fact, you could probably make the question cards yourself, or just have the reader make them up each round. Anyway, I bought it and my friends often ask us to play. I suggest you check it out.
Thanks for the great show, and have a great week!
