    There actually is a way to view archived caches on a map using project-gc. If you use the map compare tool, there’s a filter you can select that says “show disabled/archived” and if you select that filter, a series of tick boxes will appear. Tick the box for archived, and run the query. Just make sure you select a region for the search or otherwise there will be too many results.
