I happen to be a Douglas Adams fan, so I know what 42 means. It just so happens I own the MnGCA geocoin #42.
Nice to see sir_zman’s post. After I started listening to the tcgcpc, I thought I’d check this podcast out, and have found it very entertaining (so far I just listen to tcgcpc and podcacher). Very cool to see my email made the show!
Great show topic! I have a funny story about muggle deception. I team up with a more experienced cacher for a full day of caching, and on one cache we found car parked in front of the location we wanted to search. The car had four people in it and I thought it would look very strange to start searching near their front bumper. The more experienced cacher walked right in front of the car and pointed to a nearby tree and said “yes, look, we’ve got some of that moss over here, and right through to here” while waving his arms a bit. I followed behind him, and had one of those experiences where I heard him but was still processing what he had said, so I stood there with a confused look on my face and said “HUH…?” Smooooooooth! Good thing I made up for it by finding the cache.
